Job summary

Amplity Health is hiring a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement to promote client products to health care professionals. The role focuses on building relationships, driving platform participation, and achieving KPIs while collaborating with client field teams and management.

You will use approved messaging, manage calls across time zones, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and data entry in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience
• Willingness to cover multiple time zones
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed
• Successfully pass Amplity and client training
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers using selling, listening and negotiation skills with approved messaging
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness
• Profile and manage targeted accounts and provide value-added benefits to grow product and platform awareness
• Create and implement business plans to achieve business goals
• Maintain call productivity and metrics as defined by the program
• Achieve quarterly client KPIs
• Promote client products via telephone (outbound/inbound) to engage targets
• Maintain knowledge of client products, programs and platforms
