Job summary

Natera seeks a strategic Director of Alliance Management to lead and govern our BioPharma partnerships, delivering across clinical trial support, CDx initiatives, and portfolio-wide execution. You will partner with Clinical, Product, RWD, and BD teams to align priorities and accelerate value realization.

This leadership role includes executive exposure, governance of platforms and workflows, revenue tracking, and driving expansion of collaborations with major BioPharma partners in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing external BioPharma partnerships across complex ecosystems.
• Proven ability to govern programs, oversee multiple workstreams, and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and strategic alignment for BioPharma partnerships throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead portfolio-level execution including clinical trial support and CDx initiatives.
• Oversee platform governance, data integrity, and end-to-end contract operations.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Product, BD, Legal, Marketing teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Drive horizontal expansion and end-to-end execution from opportunity identification to realization.
