Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director for the CDx Partnership Program Management to lead a growing portfolio of pharmaceutical CDx collaborations. This hybrid San Carlos/remote role partners with BD, Finance, and development teams to shape deals from evaluation through execution.

The ideal candidate has 10+ CDx deals, deep lifecycle knowledge, and strong executive presence to navigate complex partnerships, drive governance, and deliver executable programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive CDx partnerships portfolio, 10+ deals progressed from evaluation to delivery.
• Deep understanding of the CDx/IVD lifecycle, timelines, resources and costs for CDx programs.
• Experience evaluating new CDx opportunities including scope, budgeting, and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior PM for pharmaceutical CDx partnerships across the portfolio.
• Partner with Business Development to assess feasibility, scope, timelines and costs.
• Serve as external-facing PM contact for pharmaceutical partners, driving governance discussions.
• Translate partner strategy into actionable guidance for internal CDx teams.
• Maintain a portfolio-wide view to identify cross-program risks and resource needs.
• Ensure alignment between external commitments and internal delivery.
