Seismic Therapeutic in the Boston area seeks a biometrics and data science lead to oversee biostatistics for clinical programs, coordinating data management and statistical programming with CROs.

The role blends hands-on analysis with strategic ownership of data standards, biomarker data, and collaboration with Immunology and Translational Sciences.

Qualifications

• MS in biostatistics or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years biostatistics experience in biotech/pharma; 12+ years for Senior Director.
• Hands-on design, analysis, and SAPs with SAS/R/Python.
• Experience overseeing CROs and data management.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, E9 and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct hands-on biostatistics for clinical studies and CRO oversight.
• Oversee CRO data management from build to lock and ED C design review.
• Lead CRO statistical programming and SDTM/ADaM review.
• Organize clinical and biomarker data across studies.
• Coordinate data transfers from labs and biomarker vendors.
• Perform exploratory analyses linking biomarkers to outcomes.
• Partner with Immunology and Clinical Operations to translate questions.
• Build scalable biometrics standards, SOPs and governance.
