Responsibilities

• Strategy and leadership: Develop biometrics strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap; represent Biometrics to executive management as needed.
• Biostatistics: Lead trial design, sample size, endpoint selection, adaptive methods, interim analyses, and use of external data in strategy.
• Regulatory interaction: Lead biometrics content and execution for FDA/EMA interactions, and ensure submission-ready datasets meet standards.
• Statistical programming and data standards: Oversee SDTM/ADaM, TLFs, and macros; establish reusable standards and repositories.
• Long-term follow-up: Oversee ongoing follow-up studies and data quality in the program lifecycle.
