Job summary

TECH5 USA is hiring a Remote Support Engineer to deploy, manage, and support customer production systems for legacy on-premises and new SaaS offerings, including AWS GovCloud environments. This role requires MA residency due to occasional on-site visits while enabling 100% remote work.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, configuring TECH5 solutions, coordinating with the Project Implementation team, and participating in 24x7 on-call shifts with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related certification or equivalent work experience.
Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals.
At least 1 year in a Helpdesk or client-server support role with ticket management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams and customers to plan and review implementation status.
Monitor logs and alerts to ensure high availability and reliability.
Install and configure hardware/software and support field personnel during deployment.
