Qualifications

• Experience with NGS, functional genomics or multi-omics data integration.
• Strong knowledge of bioinformatics databases and file formats.
• Deep understanding of computational methods for NGS analysis and public data resources.
• Hands-on programming in R, Python, Shiny; UNIX/Linux; scripting; Nextflow.
• Ability to produce well-designed, documented code.
• Experience collaborating with computational biologists in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and deploy NGS data analysis workflows for target discovery.
• Analyze omics data (bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ATAC-Seq) and interpret results.
• Develop data visualizations using R Shiny, D3, etc.
• Integrate diverse datasets to identify drug targets and biological insights.
• Benchmark methods, perform QC, and automate reporting.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate findings clearly.
• Stay current with literature and apply innovative approaches.
