Job summary

You will conduct patent prosecution, draft and review patent applications, and work with clients to develop patent strategies and IP counsel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of patent prosecution experience.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred.
• Admission or qualification for admission to the state bar of the primary office location.
• Strong familiarity with software and biological fields.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
