The candidate will prosecute patents in bioinformatics/comp biology, collaborate with clients on strategies, draft and file applications, and advise on IP matters.

Qualifications

• At least three years of patent prosecution experience.
• Admission or qualification for admission to the California State Bar.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patent prosecution in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology.
• Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies.
