Job summary

Maas Energy Works is seeking a Remote Operations Technician to monitor and support on-farm biogas systems across the western United States. This role remotely monitors equipment, troubleshoots digester facilities, and coordinates with field staff to ensure reliable energy production.

You must be fluent in English, hold a valid US driver's license, and be willing to travel 2–3 times per month, with occasional on-call hours in evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Mechanical equipment knowledge.
• English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn MaintainX, TeamViewer, MS Office, Intelimonitor and SCADA equipment.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn industry-specific skills quickly.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and troubleshoot issues at assigned digester facilities and cleanup plants.
• Communicate regularly with Field Ops Manager and on-site operators to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Travel to digester sites and cleanup facilities 2-3 times per month.
• Be an avid learner, and support ROM in the monthly operations reports.
