Job summary

Exante360, Inc. is seeking a BIM Technician II to join our Newport Beach team. You will leverage Revit to support project teams and the ECOE, translating concepts into accurate models while aligning with BIM standards and client requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior consultants, designers, and BIM staff to assist with low voltage systems design, model management, and library maintenance, while embracing AI and automation to improve workflows.

Qualifications

4-7 years Revit experience.
Proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines and knowledge of multiple low voltage systems.
Experience generating Revit families and project standards.
Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the project team to establish drawings from concept to completion and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models.
Facilitate construction drawings with multiple views and detail drawings for equipment/facilities/systems.
Organize BIM project setup, data sets, and workflow.
Adhere to BIM execution plans and client/project standards.
Weekly Revit model management and maintenance; assist with clash detection.
Maintain Revit libraries and expand family library; QA/QC processes.
Train new designers and BIM technicians; support project scheduling and admin tasks.
