Qualifications
Proficiency in creating and updating 3D models and generating 2D drawings.
Understanding of building codes and industry standards.
Ability to produce visualizations and reports for decision-making.
Responsibilities
Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations to support construction.
Maintaining the BIM model current with design changes.
Collaborating with project managers and engineers for alignment.
Providing visualizations and reports for project execution.
Skills
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks
