A leading staffing firm is seeking a skilled BIM professional to manage REVIT content libraries for innovative construction projects across the US. This role, which can be hybrid or remote depending on location, requires strong proficiency in REVIT and BIM management, particularly with MEP systems. The position anticipates an annual base salary of $68K-$80K and offers a full suite of benefits, including health, PTO, and 401K. Candidates from the Phoenix, AZ area are preferred, but fully remote options are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in REVIT family creation and BIM management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling focused on MEP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage parametric REVIT families for building components.
• Organize and maintain BIM libraries for accessibility and standardization.
• Collaborate with design teams to align content with project requirements.
• Optimize families for performance in construction workflows.
• Support integration of BIM standards in designs.
