Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical procedures.
• Needs strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Tekla and AutoCAD software for modeling and drafting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare models using Tekla and CSC proprietary software for submission to customers.
• Verify data accuracy against contract drawings and change orders.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a list of projects with BIM requirements and track milestones.
• Generate bills of materials from models and layouts according to design requirements.
• Coordinate with customer steel models and other design models as needed.
• Maintain job files and ensure documentation is accessible to other departments.
• Notify management of scope changes due to revised drawings or customer requests.
• Provide customer support during erection and other project phases.
• Utilize Tekla and AutoCAD software for drafting tasks.
• Maintain professional conduct and reliable attendance.
