Qualifications

• Ability to review and analyze customer billing accounts using system applications.
• Strong math skills and ability to analyze billing and variance reports.
• Typing a minimum of 40 wpm and proficient use of word processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer billing accounts’ usage data and rate structures for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of billing tasks, cycles, and escalations.
• Collaborate with customer service, metering, and field teams to resolve billing issues.
• Document progress in tracking systems and communicate issues for resolution.
• Schedule service connects, disconnects, transfers, and meter checks accurately.
• Maintain customer interaction records in the CIS.
• Handle inquiries promptly using multiple computer applications.
