Simera Professional is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing processes for customers in a remote-capable role. You will prepare, review, and issue invoices, verify pricing, and handle credits, refunds, and adjustments with accuracy and timeliness.

You’ll maintain billing records, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies while collaborating with Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Sales teams. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• Experience in billing, invoicing, AR, accounting, or finance.
• Experience preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Experience managing billing records and payment information.
• Experience using ERP or billing software.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices on time.
• Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and payment terms.
