Soleo Health is seeking a Billing Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work remotely in the USA. The role focuses on insurance and self-pay billing (excluding Medicare) and submitting claims.

You will review claims, resolve rejections, coordinate with the pharmacy team, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers while ensuring compliance.

2 years of home infusion billing experience is required; HCPCS coding and ICD-10 proficiency a must.

Qualifications

• 2 years of home infusion billing experience required.
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Must be computer literate and able to use billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate medical claims based on contracts with payers.
• Submit electronic and paper claims and follow up on rejections.
• Review claims for pricing discrepancies and ensure correct coding.
• Create claim batches and process electronic submissions.
• Follow up on unbilled delivery tickets and ensure timely billing.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
