Stord Inc. is a leading outsourcing logistics platform that powers seamless parcel and freight billing for top brands. We are seeking a Billing Specialist to generate complex invoices and analyze data to drive accurate billing and timely payments.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with 3PL billing, WMS/OMS data flows, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or data analytics or 5 years experience in omnichannel, supply chain, parcel, or logistics-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex client invoices for freight and parcel, with data analytics using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations and Implementations on onboarding and customer workflows related to rate cards.
• Build relationships with customers to resolve disputes and facilitate timely payments.
• Document and update billing procedures and recommend best practices for efficiency.
• Provide management with KPI reporting and analysis to reveal revenue trends and operational variances.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
