Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is expanding its Revenue and Billing function in Atlanta. The role focuses on complex invoice generation for freight and parcel while applying data analytics to ensure accurate billing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations to onboard new customers and understand billing workflows tied to rate cards. A strong Excel skill set and 3PL billing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics.
• 5+ years in omnichannel, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
• Experience with 3PL billing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex invoices for freight and parcel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations on onboarding new customers and understanding billing workflows.
• Document billing procedures and best practices.
• Provide KPI reporting and analytics on billing trends.
• Support audits as needed.
