Job summary

Stord is the Consumer Experience Company powering seamless checkout through delivery for leading brands. The Revenue & Billing role will generate complex client invoices for fulfillment and parcel, using Excel for analytics, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Implementations.

You will resolve payment disputes, document billing procedures, and provide KPI insights while supporting audits and improving data workflows between WMS and OMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics or 5 years experience in omnichannel, supply chain, parcel, or logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Freshdesk, Salesforce, NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; independent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complex Invoice Generation & Data Analytics: prepare invoices for fulfillment services and parcel with data analytics in Excel.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: work with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations and Implementations during onboarding.
• Customer Relations: build relationships to resolve disputes and facilitate timely payments.
• Process Documentation: document and improve billing procedures and data management.
• KPI Reporting & Analysis: provide management with billing KPIs and revenue trend insights.
• Audit Support: assist with internal and external audit requests.
