Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Medical Insurance experience.
• CPB certification within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit professional claims; correct routine claim errors and rejections.
• Work assigned billing and follow-up queues in Epic.
• Apply foundational knowledge of CPT, ICD10CM, modifiers, and payer rules.
• Meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
