Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead the revenue cycle for multiple client accounts. The role focuses on supervising a team of billers—on-site and remote—ensuring timely, accurate professional billing and strong client relations.

You will monitor KPIs, maintain compliance with payer rules, and drive process improvements across the OBS billing function in a fast-paced, virtual work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare/healthcare IT billing and revenue cycle roles.
• Minimum 3 years of remote supervision/management experience.
• Experience with payer portals and acute care EHR software (EPIC) is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, collections, and cash posting functions for clients.
• Direct a team of on-site and remote billers to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Ensure adherence to federal/state payer regulations and month-end close deadlines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to resolve workflow issues.
• Coach staff, conduct quality reviews, and drive process improvements.
• Stay current with payer bulletins and industry changes affecting workflows.
