Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead the revenue cycle operations for our member clients. This remote role requires supervision of on-site and off-site billers, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and cash posting while aligning with payer regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare billing, strong analytics, and experience with EPIC and payor portals; a CPC or business degree is preferred. This 100% remote role travels up to 12-15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising remote staff and multi-site teams.
• Strong analytical and regulatory knowledge for payer rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, collections, and cash posting for multiple clients.
• Direct a team of on-site and remote billers to maximize reimbursements.
• Ensure deadlines and End of Month close align with department protocols.
• Research and resolve claim issues; maintain client relationships.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with stakeholders.
