Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train pathology billing team, including performance reviews.
• Ensure timely submission of client invoices, patient statements, and claims.
• Resolve denied claims and manage collections.
• Ensure HIPAA, CPT, ICD-10 compliance.
• Develop policies to automate billing processes.
• Generate KPIs and reports for management.
