Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime from the 1st through the 4th of each month.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing support to Project Managers by preparing and issuing invoices.
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve invoice-related issues timely.
• Review billing information for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding billing matters.
