Qualifications

• 3+ years of revenue cycle experience in healthcare.
• Experience with billing and follow-up for PBS or similar units.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Epic and HST is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process daily billing and follow-up activities for PBS location.
• Document claims billed, paid, settled, and follow-up in systems.
• Investigate claim rejections and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with hospital departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training to junior staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Trinity Health policies.
