• Verify timely and accurate claim submissions; ensure coding accuracy (CPT/ICD).
• Confirm eligibility, benefits and patient responsibilities for accounts.
• Handle billing projects and posting charges/payments/adjustments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with billing and collections regulations.
