• Register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and update documentation
• Maintain patient accounts, track balances, and manage payments and adjustments
• Contact patients regarding payment plans and outstanding invoices
• Receive payments, issue receipts, reconcile cash, and prepare deposits
• Communicate effectively across departments and handle patient concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Accurate data entry skills and solid math abilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experience with CAH or Rural Health Clinic billing is a plus
