Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in complex Workers' Compensation Bill Review with customer service exposure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and DRG.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, state laws and fee schedules.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload and productivity of the bill review staff.
• Provide consistent monthly/yearly performance feedback.
• Assist staff with questions and guidance as needed.
• Analyze complex medical bills and make payment recommendations.
• Coordinate with management on client rejection files and QA processes.
• Handle client inquiry emails and resolve issues promptly.
