• Fluent in Spanish with certification within 6 months.
• Ability to review and evaluate documents to provide input and recommendations to supervisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review progress reports to identify issues and schedule risks, data inconsistencies, and items requiring supervisor review.
• Review invoices, program data, documents, and materials for accuracy and consistency; recommend corrections as needed.
• Maintain project financial tracking information to support project delivery and program monitoring.
• Support development and delivery of active transportation programs, including application materials, website content, stakeholder databases, and program resources.
• Support public outreach, training, stakeholder engagement, and routine program inquiries, including occasional statewide travel.
• Coordinate translation of program materials, including English-to-Spanish, written, and voice translation services.
• Track reporting deadlines; draft and review reports; compile performance data; evaluate program outcomes; and maintain required records.
• Research active transportation practices, events, training opportunities, and policy developments related to e-bikes, micromobility, and bicycle education.
