Immigration Solutions Law Group, PLLC, a nationwide immigration law firm based in Miami, FL, seeks an Immigration Attorney for a full-time remote role out of Seattle, WA. You will provide legal advice, prepare petitions, and manage client files across states.

Requirements include a Washington State bar, bilingual English/Spanish, strong immigration practice, research, writing, and client counseling abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have good standing license with Bar in Washington State.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated expertise in immigration law across visas, residency, and compliance.
• Experience advising on and preparing visa applications and related documentation.
• Strong ability to analyze legal issues, interpret regulations, and provide practical guidance.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with a Washington bar; immigration experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and document drafting with attention to detail.
• Effective client counseling and communication, with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess needs and strategies.
• Prepare and review petitions and applications; draft documents and opinions.
• Maintain accurate case files and deadlines.
• Research immigration laws and monitor regulatory changes.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on developments and impacts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners on complex cases.
