Qualifications

• fluency in both Spanish and English and ability to conduct interviews in Spanish.
• translate between Spanish and English as needed.
• read and write in Spanish and transcribe phone interviews in both languages.
• professional, hardworking, and able to complete tasks independently on time.
• interest in research, especially policy or government affairs.
• availability to work on campus during summer and into the school year.
• minimum commitment of 15 hours per week; remote work may be permitted for some projects.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative and qualitative data entry.
• Transcription work.
• Preparing mailings.
• Conducting phone survey interviews and follow-up to encourage participation.
• Assistance with focus groups.
• Data analysis preparation.
• Programming in REDCap.
• Other duties as needed.
