Remote - Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT)

All Care Therapies is a company leading in utilizing advanced technology to deliver in-home speech, occupational, and physical therapy services for a diverse clientele, from children to adults with various disorders. We specialize in virtual in-home therapy, addressing each client's unique needs within their familiar environment.

We are hiring in all 50 states to serve clients in California, with reimbursement for California licensure!

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth, working with a diverse caseload to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to enhance functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments of physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to identify needs and goals.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Providing remote therapy sessions, including exercises and activities.
• Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and plans.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development.

Compensation:

• 1099 - Bilingual: $60 for 60-minute evaluations, $30 for 30-minute sessions
• 1099 - Non-bilingual: $56 for evaluations, $28 for sessions
• W2: $43-$56 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

*Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours of work (approx. 12 hours/week)

Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active or obtainable CA license, experience in clinical or school settings, proficiency with teletherapy platforms, and comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
