We’re looking for a dedicated Therapist to join our dynamic team, offering individual and group therapy remotely for clients in Primary SUD PHP/IOP care. This is a part-time opportunity that provides flexibility while ensuring you have the tools, support, and technology to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions virtually, using evidence-based practices to support individuals in Primary SUD PHP/IOP level of care.
• Embrace and use AI-driven medical records systems, ensuring thorough documentation while reducing administrative burden, so you can focus more on what matters most—helping your clients.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive and highly skilled team, with ongoing supervision and guidance from our Chief Clinical Officer to ensure best clinical practices and professional growth.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• LADC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, or New Hampshire.
• Experience in addiction counseling, particularly in a PHP/IOP environment.
• Comfortable using technology in a clinical setting, with a passion for integrating AI and bioinformatics into your practice to enhance patient care.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to AI-enhanced medical record systems designed to streamline workflow and optimize client outcomes.
• An open-minded and client-centered approach with a genuine desire to help individuals on their recovery journey.
