Your Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in English and Spanish.
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues.
  • Escalate interactions when necessary.
  • Assist with requests and processing payments.
  • Maintain call records for auditing and reporting.
  • Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upsell when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate Windows OS.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
  • Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • No packet loss, ping under 50ms.
  • Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Quiet, clean workspace.
