Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base nationwide. This is a fully remote position, requiring engagement with customers through inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products and providing exceptional service.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree, along with experience in sales or customer service. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
