Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is looking for a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth and expand a nationwide customer base. The role is fully remote and includes managing inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products. Candidates should have experience in sales and customer service, and proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
