Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and communicate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
