Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required; qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, account management, or retention-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with installation processes and policy information.
• Handle cancellations by addressing concerns and offering retention solutions.
• Document all interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Navigate multiple systems during live calls with a solution-focused approach.
• De-escalate high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure service delivery.
