Reserv is a tech-driven insurtech focused on AI and automation for claims, offering a remote-first environment. The claims specialist will deliver prompt customer service, gather information to initiate claims, manage reserves, and coordinate repairs as part of an evolving team.

The role emphasizes empathy, urgency, and conversational conflict resolution. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in insurance claims or customer service, an active adjuster license, and bilingual fluency in Spanish

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with insurance claims or customer service.
• Active adjuster license (resident state or DHS) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants by answering calls and resolving requests.
• Gather information from customers to initiate claims and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Manage an inventory of claims, establish initial reserves, and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate repair for property damage and escalate when needed.
• Communicate with involved parties regarding negotiations and settlements.
• Offer input for process improvements and best practices.
