Job summary

HMH is seeking a Contingent Professional Learning Coach to deliver high-quality professional learning in both virtual and in-person settings for math and literacy programs, remotely from home with required travel to districts.

You will facilitate sessions in English and Spanish, maintain a minimum of 10 hours per week of service delivery, and use data to tailor coaching that connects program implementation to classroom practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant classroom experience (Math or Literacy)
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience facilitating adult learning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
