Carnegie Learning is seeking a part-time Professional Learning Specialist (Bilingual) to support K-12 educators with Carnegie Learning resources. The role involves delivering engaging workshops, coaching cycles, and customized sessions across districts, with heavy travel within the West territory (NV included).

The ideal candidate is a current or former teacher or instructional leader, fluent in English and Spanish, and able to collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years teaching or coaching in K-12
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience designing and delivering professional learning experiences
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workshops and deployments

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging professional learning workshops (initial, virtual, state/regional/national)
• Provide job-embedded professional learning (coaching cycles, co-teaching, PLC facilitation)
• Design and deliver custom professional learning workshops for partners
• Develop correlations, curriculum, rubrics and other support documents
• Assist sales in pre/post sales activities including proposals and pilots
• Provide tutoring services to CL customers as available
