Job summary

Service Corporation International's Dignity Memorial in Chicago is seeking a motivated sales professional to achieve monthly revenue targets by prospecting in the community and presenting pre-need cemetery and service options to families with care and professionalism.

You will build relationships, follow up on leads, and guide clients through final contracts while working with a supportive SCI network and CRM tools. Strong communication in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• License: Funeral Directors license where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company supports licensing.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present prepaid funeral planning options to consumers.
• Influence benefits of pre-planning; conduct soft closes.
• Guide families through cemetery/crematory options; listen and respond to needs.
