Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years customer service experience in a call center.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with medical terminology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients by phone to coordinate prescription refills and address concerns.
• Coordinate with order management and fulfillment teams to ensure compliance and accurate information.
• Escalate to pharmacists and leadership as needed for program compliance.
• Complete all Patient Care Coordinator duties in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned.
