Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of paralegal or legal support experience preferred.
• Experience in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury/Wrongful Death cases from intake through trial readiness.
• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Track deadlines, review files, and keep cases organized for trial.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and staff.
• Draft, review, e-serve, and e-file legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with deposition teams, coordinators, and internal departments.
