Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting personal injury matters in a law firm or legal services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with legal research, case preparation, document management, and trial support.
• Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, correspondence, contracts, and case materials.
• Interview clients and gather case details while maintaining accurate client and case documentation.
• Organize, file, and protect confidential legal records according to firm procedures.
• Track deadlines, manage scheduling, provide case updates, and support hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment with strong client service and reliable case outcomes.
