Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling, retail or consultative selling.
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong closing skills.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about policy coverage, billing, and service with clear communication.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid license with professionalism and accuracy.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling aligned with customer needs.
• Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Work from a quiet home environment, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
