Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth services to a diverse caseload across the United States. You will assess needs, develop plans, and provide interventions to promote functional independence while coordinating with families and clinicians.

Candidates should have a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and an active CA license or ability to apply, with strong teletherapy skills and pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Utilize the telehealth platform effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
