Brava Roof Tile is seeking a Field Service Representative to support roofing product installations and provide expert guidance nationwide. The role emphasizes hands-on foam adhesive installation across multiple roofing systems and delivering technical training to contractors, distributors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required and demonstrated ability to train others.
• Extensive hands-on roofing experience, including foam adhesive installation across multiple systems.
• Experience delivering technical training and field support to contractors, distributors, and internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support and installation guidance to contractors, distributors, customers, and internal teams.
• Serve as the technical expert on Florida roofing codes and standards, including Miami-Dade requirements and the Florida Building Code.
• Respond to field installation questions and troubleshoot issues with timely recommendations.
• Conduct roof inspections and jobsite evaluations to verify proper installation and identify improvements.
• Deliver hands-on and virtual installation training for contractors, distributors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain installation standards, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Field Service Team and cross-functional groups to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with plans reviews and data entry into Planswift as needed.
