Job summary

BRAVA Roof Tile is growing and we're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Services Representative to support our business throughout the Mid Atlantic Region.

This field-based role serves as a trusted technical expert, ensuring BRAVA products are installed correctly, meet building code requirements, and perform to the highest standards. Travel 50% and provide hands-on and virtual training while educating contractors and distributors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Roofing services experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience preferred.
• 2+ years technical services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support and installation guidance to contractors, distributors, customers, and internal team members.
• Respond to field installation questions and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely recommendations and solutions.
• Conduct roof inspections and jobsite evaluations to verify proper installation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document inspections by uploading reports, checklists, photographs, and related information using CompanyCam.
• Deliver hands-on and virtual installation training for contractors, distributors, and internal team members.
• Develop and maintain installation standards, documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Field Service Team to provide technical service and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Manufacturing, and other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of BRAVA products and installation methods; monitor industry trends.
• Perform hands-on product demonstrations for customer training, sales support, and educational events.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical processes and policies.
• Assist with reviewing building plans and entering data into Planswift.

About the Role

This field-based role serves as a trusted technical expert, ensuring BRAVA Roof Tile products are installed correctly, perform to the highest standards, and meet building code requirements. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on roofing experience, including foam adhesive installation across multiple roofing systems and a passion for educating contractors, distributors, and internal team members through technical training and mentorship.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Roofing services experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience preferred.
• 2+ technical services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Travel 50% of the time, required.
• Extensive roofing experience.
• A passion for developing others and continuously improving processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Company Cam experience, preferred.
• Drone license and flight experience, preferred.
